● Within one year after the equipment is sold to the customer's office, if the customer's trainees have left their jobs or other special circumstances and need to be retrained, our company will also send engineers to your company for free training!

 

● According to the needs of customers, we can go to our Shenzhen factory for training, and we can arrange accommodation and other related matters.

Equipment from the acceptance of qualified one year warranty, life-long maintenance.

●Among them: during the warranty period, all parts will be replaced; after the warranty period expires, maintenance services can be provided through the warranty agreement, and only the cost of accessories will be charged. For product damage caused by non-quality reasons, the cost shall be borne by the user.

● The customer service department responds to customer demands 24 hours a day, and solves general problems by telephone. Problems that cannot be solved by telephone will arrive at the scene within 12 hours under normal circumstances. If the problem of accessories needs to be replaced, the problem can be solved within 48 hours to ensure production testing!

● Free lifetime upgrade of the customer's software to ensure that the software version is up-to-date and functional.

● Unscheduled telephone return visits to customers and return visits to customers, timely communication with customers and improvement of related issues!
